Q: “When will I receive my order?”
A: We process and ship all orders in a timely manner, usually within 2 days, not including weekends. We understand what it’s like to need or want something right away, so we do our best to get it right out to you. Holidays and busy shipping seasons can, unfortunately, add delays, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you have placed your order at one of these times.
Our company ships via USPS First Class Mail. We are located in Seattle, Washington, so if you live on the East Coast you can figure first class mail will take 5 – 7 days to arrive. If you live in the middle of the country, plan on 2 – 5 days for delivery.
Q: “Can I order products if I live outside of the US?”
A: You can order tutorials no matter where you live. I don’t ship kits outside of the US, but the tutorials are digital, so not a problem.
Q: “Do you include a printed tutorial with each kit?”
A: No, the tutorials are available as an instant PDF digital download. After checkout, you will receive a link for each tutorial on your order. Tutorials are included with the kits, or you can purchase them separately. Once you make a purchase, your tutorial links will also be stored in your account. To keep from overloading the system, you can download each one 5 times if you need to, and they never expire. I recommend that you save a copy on your computer.
Q: “Can I teach the design or sell jewelry I make using the tutorial?”
The tutorial is intended for personal use only and is my own design. Please do not copy, sell, teach all or part of this tutorial. You may sell your finished pieces, but no mass production, (anything over 15.) If you place your finished piece or any pictures online, please include my name and shop as the designer. Even better, link my shop or the tutorial when you list or post your pictures.
